1. Reservation Policy
To maintain the intimate atmosphere and exceptional service standards of Aurum:
- Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your confirmed reservation time. If your party is delayed, please notify our reception team.
- For parties of 6 or more, a deposit may be requested to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dining time are eligible for full deposit refunds.
2. Online Ordering & Delivery
When placing orders via our digital platform:
- Estimated delivery times are between 30–45 minutes depending on traffic and order complexity.
- Food temperature and presentation are preserved using insulated temperature-controlled culinary packaging.
- Once an order has entered kitchen preparation, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
3. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
While our kitchen exercises extreme diligence with allergies, cross-contact with gluten, nuts, dairy, and shellfish may occur in our multi-cuisine culinary workspace. Guests with severe allergies are kindly asked to inform their server before ordering.
4. Dress Code & Etiquette
Aurum maintains an elegant Smart Casual dress standard for dinner service. Beachwear, gym attire, and flip-flops are not permitted in our main dining room.
